How do I return or exchange my item?
In response to the call for environmental protection, we do not accept any physical mail-in returns. Therefore, with the exception of products damaged from shipping, all sales are final once items are received; we do not accept returns or exchanges.
What do I do if I receive a damaged/wrong product?
Please contact us via email at hello@morethannecessary.com with the following information within 7 days after the package status shows as delivered:
- Order Number #
- Photo(s) and name(s) of the damaged product(s)
- You would like to get a replacement, a gift card or a refund
Please keep everything you received including the packaging, and DO NOT throw anything away before we resolve your problem. Replacement, refund, or gift card requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
If you do not receive our feedback within 3 working days after your email, please check the reasons why you might not be receiving emails from us. If these conditions don't apply, we apologize for the delay, and please resend the email to bump your email to the top of our inbox.
Why have I not received my order confirmation?
- The email is sitting in your spam folder. Please make sure to check there first.
- Your Inbox has reached full capacity and is unable to receive more emails, including order confirmations and replies to inquiries from our Customer Support Team. Please ensure your Inbox has enough available space to continue receiving communication from vendors.
- There may have been a typo in the email you entered at checkout. If you think you may have entered your email incorrectly, email hello@morethannecessary.com with your name and address, and we can check it for you.
- Your order might not be successfully submitted. If you were charged, please email us at hello@morethannecessary.com with your name and address, and we can check it for you.
How do I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please email us at hello@morethannecessary.com with your order number # and the reason for cancellation within 24 hours after you place it. Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours, as they will be sent to our logistics provider for processing.
If your order is successfully cancelled and you are eligible for a refund, the refund will go through your original form of payment. The banking institution may require additional days to process the transaction to your account.
Why is my order cancelled?
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if: 1) we do not have sufficient stock of the product(s) you have ordered; or 2) the product(s) you ordered is listed at an incorrect price due to system/typographical errors.
If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and refund you through your original form of payment ASAP. The banking institution may require additional days to process the transaction to your account. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for the cancellation.
What do I do if my order is not delivered successfully?
If your order cannot be delivered successfully due to personal reasons (eg. unreachable phone, incomplete/incorrect address, etc.), we will contact you as soon as we receive the notification. If you do not reply within 48 hours, then we will not arrange any compensation for you.
Is the packaging of the jewelry reusable?
All of our jewelry come in transparent display boxes, which can be used again. They protect your jewelry from oxidation and allow you to see what's inside without opening the jewelry box.
